Vehicle sourcing is the core of By5. Every service below exists to get a car from a US auction yard into your hands in Banjul.
Auction brokerage
Licensed buyer access to Copart and IAAI. You set the budget, we place the bids and manage the auction account, fees, and payment deadlines. You pay what the car actually sells for, and our fee is agreed up front, not hidden in the price.
Sourcing & search
Tell us the make, model, year range, and budget. We monitor upcoming lots across both auction houses, shortlist candidates with honest damage assessments, and tell you which ones are worth bidding on and which to walk away from.
Title & documentation
Salvage and clean titles, bills of sale, export certification, and Gambian import paperwork. Documents are couriered and tracked; nothing ships until the paper trail is complete and in your name.
Shipping & logistics
Inland tow from the auction yard to port, container or RoRo ocean freight to Banjul, and clearing coordination on arrival. We consolidate vehicles where possible to cut your freight cost.
Inspection reports
Before you commit, we pull the lot's full auction condition report, photos, and history, and flag what the listing doesn't say: airbag deployment, flood damage, drivetrain issues. No surprises at the port.
